What do I need to send first?
Just one vendor name or one public policy URL. A review date is helpful but optional at this stage. No client name, full vendor inventory, meeting or card is required for the sample.
What exactly does the $199 cover?
One agreed client portfolio, within the pilot limit of 25 vendors or 100 public URLs. You receive a dated source register and baseline, daily checks for 30 days, and weekly evidence briefs. We confirm the accepted sources and deliverables by email before checkout.
What if we already use a GRC or page-monitoring tool?
Use the sample to judge whether a public-policy evidence task is still uncovered. If your current process already supplies the source records and comparison evidence you need, this pilot may not add value. Your team keeps its existing assessment workflow.
What if nothing changes?
The baseline is the initial dated evidence for your review. Each weekly brief then records which pages were checked, which stayed unchanged and which could not be accessed. We agree what evidence or reduced manual work would make continuation worthwhile.
What is the delivery promise?
Your paid baseline is due within two business days of complete onboarding, excluding weekends and Ontario public holidays. If it is not delivered in that window, you may request a full refund under the pilot terms.
What happens after 30 days?
We review value around day 21. Continuing the same agreed scope is $199 USD per month, with separate approval and payment. There is no automatic renewal or card charge.
Can you cover private contracts or give a compliance opinion?
No. This service covers agreed publicly accessible vendor-policy pages. Some pages block automated access; we check coverage before payment and report later gaps. Your legal, privacy or security reviewer makes the assessment.
