Privacy at Track Changes

What we collect

We collect the business contact details, public URLs, monitoring preferences, referral information, and messages you submit to operate the Track Changes service, use the free baseline preview, or apply to the partner program. Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms; Track Changes does not receive complete card details.

How we use information

We use submitted information to configure monitoring, deliver reports and service messages, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain records connected to the business relationship.

Public-page monitoring

Track Changes is intended for publicly accessible webpages. Do not send passwords, API keys, private document links, sensitive personal information, or content you are not authorized to share.

Service providers

We use service providers—including Stripe for payments, Zoho for email, Apify for monitoring infrastructure, and Cloudflare-backed website and database hosting—to deliver the service. They process information under their respective terms and privacy practices.

Website submissions

Onboarding requests, partner applications, and free-preview requests are stored in our hosted database so they can be reviewed and fulfilled. For a free preview, we store the submitted email, URL, timestamp, result status, and content fingerprint, but not the extracted page text. Email is available as a fallback if a form cannot be submitted.

First-party measurement

We record limited, cookie-free events such as page views, sample views, checkout clicks, completed forms, campaign tags, and the referring domain. We do not store IP addresses, advertising identifiers, or a persistent visitor identifier in this measurement table, and we respect browser Do Not Track signals.

Retention and choices

We retain business records, form submissions, and monitoring evidence for as long as reasonably needed to provide the pilot, administer referrals, handle support, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
