Business-use service
The Track Changes founding pilot is offered for business use. By purchasing or submitting onboarding information, you confirm that you have authority to act for the identified business.
Pilot scope
The $199 USD founding pilot is a one-time, 30-day service covering up to 25 vendors or 100 publicly accessible policy URLs. It includes baseline monitoring and material-change reports as described on the checkout and onboarding pages. It does not renew automatically.
For the current managed pilot, agree one client portfolio and its public URL list with us before paying. We confirm coverage and the final scope by email. Delivery includes daily checks and a weekly evidence brief covering changes, unchanged pages and access failures. The service period starts when the initial baseline is delivered.
Continuation and value review
We agree a review owner and a practical success measure during onboarding, then review value around day 21. Continuing the same agreed scope costs $199 USD per month, paid separately with your explicit approval. No automatic renewal or automatic card charge is authorized. Larger agency portfolios require a separate scope and price agreement.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate public URLs, lawful instructions, and an operational alert email address. You must not submit credentials, private-network locations, unlawfully obtained content, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
Monitoring limitations
Websites can block automated access, move content, use scripts, experience downtime, or change without producing a reliable comparison. Track Changes does not guarantee that every change will be detected or that every detected change will be material to your business.
No legal advice
Reports are informational and support human review. Track Changes does not provide legal, privacy, security, procurement, or compliance advice, and does not replace professional judgment.
Refunds and service issues
After complete onboarding information is received, Track Changes will deliver the initial baseline within two business days. If the baseline is not delivered within that window, the customer may request a full refund by emailing billing@trackchangeshq.com. Weekends and public holidays in Ontario, Canada are excluded from business days. If submitted pages are outside the stated public-page scope, we will offer a reasonable scope adjustment or refund.
Pilot availability
Enrollment is open subject to source coverage and delivery capacity. We confirm availability before asking you to pay.
Partner referrals
Business partners may receive a tracked referral link immediately after submitting accurate application information and accepting these terms. Link creation records attribution but does not guarantee commission eligibility. Track Changes may verify identity, business relevance, promotion method, purchase status, and referral authenticity before any payout.
Eligible partners receive $60 USD for each attributable $199 founding-pilot purchase that remains valid through a seven-day review window. Referrals must use the assigned tracking link and comply with applicable marketing, privacy, anti-spam, and platform rules. Self-referrals, duplicate claims, existing direct prospects, refunded or disputed purchases, misleading promotion, incentives not approved in writing, and prohibited automation are not eligible.
Eligible commission is payable within 30 days after the review window and verification are complete. Track Changes will request the payment details needed to complete the payout and may suspend links associated with fraud, abuse, inaccurate applications, or legal and platform risk.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Track Changes is provided without implied guarantees beyond the expressly stated pilot scope. Liability arising from the pilot will not exceed the amount paid for that pilot, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
