Track Changes service terms

Business-use service

The Track Changes founding pilot is offered for business use. By purchasing or submitting onboarding information, you confirm that you have authority to act for the identified business.

Pilot scope

The $199 USD founding pilot is a one-time, 30-day service covering up to 25 vendors or 100 publicly accessible policy URLs. It includes baseline monitoring and material-change reports as described on the checkout and onboarding pages. It does not renew automatically.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate public URLs, lawful instructions, and an operational alert email address. You must not submit credentials, private-network locations, unlawfully obtained content, or content that infringes another party’s rights.

Monitoring limitations

Websites can block automated access, move content, use scripts, experience downtime, or change without producing a reliable comparison. Track Changes does not guarantee that every change will be detected or that every detected change will be material to your business.

No legal advice

Reports are informational and support human review. Track Changes does not provide legal, privacy, security, procurement, or compliance advice, and does not replace professional judgment.

Refunds and service issues

After complete onboarding information is received, Track Changes will deliver the initial baseline within two business days. If the baseline is not delivered within that window, the customer may request a full refund by emailing billing@trackchangeshq.com. Weekends and public holidays in Ontario, Canada are excluded from business days. If submitted pages are outside the stated public-page scope, we will offer a reasonable scope adjustment or refund.

Founding 30 availability

The founding offer is available through September 9, 2026, or until 30 pilots have been claimed, whichever comes first. Track Changes may close enrollment when capacity is reached.

Partner referrals

Approved partners may receive $60 USD for each attributable $199 founding-pilot purchase that remains valid through a seven-day review window. Referrals must use the partner’s assigned tracking link and comply with applicable marketing, privacy, anti-spam, and platform rules. Self-referrals, duplicate claims, refunded or disputed purchases, misleading promotion, and prohibited automation are not eligible. Payout timing and method are confirmed before a partner link is activated.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Track Changes is provided without implied guarantees beyond the expressly stated pilot scope. Liability arising from the pilot will not exceed the amount paid for that pilot, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
