Real baseline · September 8, 2026
A real entry for your vendor-policy evidence register.
Before we can report a change, we need a dated starting copy. This example records an actual public document and a repeat check. It shows unchanged wording, not a detected change, customer result or legal assessment.

Status: Baseline saved. The monitor normalized 217 text blocks containing 40,282 characters. No earlier snapshot was available for comparison.

What the reviewer can do with it
Add the Canada-specific source to the agreed vendor register and identify the person responsible for DPA review. Later observations should use the same locale and extraction settings. A changed fingerprint triggers comparison of the wording; it does not itself establish a material risk.
What a weekly brief adds
A coverage summary lists checked pages, unchanged pages, access failures and actual changes. For a change, the brief links the source and exact before-and-after clauses for the named reviewer. A quiet week still produces a dated coverage record.
Sample limits
These are observations of one public page. The successful repeat check verifies comparison with saved evidence; it does not establish a long-term monitoring record or guarantee future access. We check each proposed client URL in the delivery environment before accepting a pilot. The fingerprint identifies this extraction, not the completeness or legal effect of the document. Stripe is the source publisher and does not endorse Track Changes.
See an entry for a vendor you review
Email just one vendor name or public policy URL. We will locate a suitable public page and send a dated sample with any coverage limits before you decide on the pilot. No client details, full vendor inventory or call required. A review date is optional for this first step.
$199 USD for 30 days: an agreed public URL list, baseline within two business days of complete onboarding, daily checks and weekly evidence briefs. We agree the reviewer, current manual task and renewal success measure at the start, then review value around day 21. Continuing the same scope is $199 USD per month with a separate payment and explicit approval.
